Kevin Walker

Kevin Walker has over fifteen years experience consulting with organizations making transformational changes. Before founding i³ Partners with Ruthanne, Kevin consulted independently with merging high technology companies. His focus was the integration and re-creation of organizational cultures, and the integration and development of 'new' leadership teams.

Prior to his work as an independent consultant, Kevin was a Director in the Strategic Change unit at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Management Consulting Services. He was a leader in the firm's global Change Management practice, helping to develop and institutionalize the firm's change management methodologies, tools and practices. Kevin was actively involved in the integration of Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse as the Change Manager for the Americas' Management Consulting Services group.

Kevin was also the Director of Coopers & Lybrand's National Survey Center for five years. As Director of the Center, he led the project teams in the implementation of client and firm survey research efforts, including employee, culture/climate, customer loyalty/retention and market research studies.

Kevin earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce, also at the University of Virginia.
